Dale Whelan
Director
Dale has previously held senior offices in the Australian Defence Force, Aurecon, and BHP Billiton Iron Ore. Dale’s areas of expertise are capability design, program delivery and operations management. He is an active member of the Asset Management Council and Engineers Australia. Dale also serves as a volunteer Director of a not-for-profit business providing social services to Australian and Allied special forces communities.
Dale is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Professional Engineer of the Institute of Engineers Australia, and is registered on the National Engineering Register in Leadership, Management and Mechanical areas of practise. He held the honorary position of Colonel Commandant Western Region Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers during 2010-2013. Dale was awarded the University Medal by Queensland University of Technology where he completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree majoring in mechanical engineering. He also holds an Advanced Diploma of Logistics Management.
Rod Greedy
Director
Rod is a civil/structural engineer with significant leadership and management experience across a broad and diverse range of roles which include general management, program management, commercial management, and engineering management. His expertise resides in the recovery of distressed projects and large programs of work. His project experience includes infrastructure, technology, rail and rail signalling, system integration, control systems, software delivery, bulk fuel storage and distribution, electrical reticulation, underground services, bulk earthworks, buildings, operational infrastructure, and secure communications infrastructure. These have been delivered across Defence, resources, oil and gas, and government both within Australia and offshore having worked in many Asian and Middle Eastern countries.
Rod is also an experienced and qualified Company Director currently holding both executive and non executive Directorships. He has been an active Director since 2002, completed his Company Director course with AICD in 2009, has chaired not for profit organisations, governed small international investment businesses, and is a practiced board member. Combined with leadership skills developed over 16 years service as an Officer in the Australia Defence Force, Rod uses these skills and experiences to provide governance and commercial support to our clients.
